Contest Rules

1. No purchase or payment of any consideration is necessary to enter this contest.
2. Entrants must fill entries as required in the contest in order to be eligible. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. Entries received after the deadline set forth in the contest announcement are ineligible, null, and void. Toshiba will not be responsible for and will not consider incomplete or incorrect entries. Toshiba is not responsible for entries that are sent but not received by Toshiba for any reason.
3. All winners will be notified via e-mail. If the winner does not respond to the notification within five (5) business days, another winner will be chosen. Failure to respond within five (5) business days shall mean that the winner forfeits the prize.
4. Only one entry per e-mail address will be considered for contest entry, unless multiple entries are specifically allowed in the contest announcement.
5. All entrants and winners must be at least 18 years of age. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred.
6. Neither Toshiba nor its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, or assigns shall be liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of the usage of a prize by any winner.
7. If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Toshiba in its sole and absolute discretion, may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
8. This contest is null and void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law.
9. Toshiba, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to alter any contest rules or to terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
10. By entering this contest, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules, terms and conditions as well as by any rules specific to the contest. This is an irrevocable condition of entry.

Awarding of Prizes

Prizes will be raffled off on a points-for-chance basis per country. Every 100,000 points qualify a player to one chance.
